Job/Role Description

Responsible for working at the onsite and handling the Tableau Design, Develop, and Deploy the reports

Work directly with the Customer to understand requirements and document the same as BRD

Convert the business requirements into design; Identify source tables and prepare the data for a report by writing complex Views or SPs

Experience with data blending and data joining to create necessary data structures within Tableau from multiple data sources

Experience with interactive features such as quick filters and parameter-driven interactivity, techniques to handle Pivot logic

Experience of advanced Tableau topics such as complex field calculations, table calculations, and Level-of-Detail expressions

Experience in publishing dashboards on Tableau Server with complex security requirements

Managing Tableau Server; Twisting SQL queries for improving performance

Knowledge in embedding the report in third-party applications and licenses factors

BS/BE / MCA / Any Master degree in CS/IT/IS; Bridge between Customer-Offshore Team

Be the POC for any clarifications, technical/functional queries from the offshore team, and help them get it resolved with a quick turnaround time

Skills & Experience

Skilled in Tableau Reporting tools and hands-on experience in T-SQL, SQL

Experience in Commercial IT & Pharma Sales domain (Key ask for the position)

Proficiency in ETL operations and Tools; experience in Data Analytics, Data Transformation & Data Engineering

Good to have - Power BI, Python Scripting, Business Intelligence

Handling multiple sources, structured and semi-structured

Customer facing experience, crisp & proficient communication (written & verbal)

Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset

Willingness to learn new technologies as per project need

Ready to take ownership, Negotiation skills, and Time management
