As the Oracle EBS DBA Manager you will manage a team of 35 Oracle EBS DBAs. The Oracle E-Business Suite DBA team supports over 40 instances of EBS and over 200 Oracle databases. This team also supports Exadata and Oracle Super-Cluster, as well as other tools. This Oracle EBS environment is all running the latest Oracle E-Business Suite version 12! There are no version 11 instances here!

Defined career path of Senior Manager to Director to Senior Director.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience:

Hands-on experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite DBA

Management/Direct reports of 10+ team members

Experience with software licensing and aggregate systems

Experience with JVMs, memory settings, Oracle Forms, web servers, Apache, Weblogic, etc.

You will spend your time:

5-10% Technical (Must have been in the Oracle EBS "trenches", may get called at night.)

50% Leading, Managing, Prioritizing

40% Roadmapping and partnering with the Architects
