Job Description COMPENSATION Salary Range: $70,000.00 $90,000.00 annually Dependent on experience and interview process

RESPONSIBILITIES You'll work with clients and software engineers as we solve some of the biggest challenges facing the organizations we serve. You will be expected to approach user needs with pragmatic problem solving and solutions. You'll demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning new skills and play an integral role in impacting team culture, practice, and engagement. As a valued member of our team, you'll: Participate in all aspects of the SDLC Collaborate with other business analysts to conduct assessments of user needs and understand user environments Work to understand the birds-eye view of systems and the impact of any changes to them Collaborate with software engineers and domain experts to ensure work products of LIS meet the highest standards of quality Create software documentation and participate in bug tracking and reporting procedures Contribute to test plans Participate in testing in order to recommend feature or bug fixes for release to production
