CDL-A Drivers Montgomery, AL
Home Weekly • $1,500+ Weekly • No Experience Required (3 Months Preferred)
Drivers in the Montgomery region now have access to a steady regional position that offers dependable miles, weekly home time, and a clear path for both new and experienced drivers to grow. If you're looking for a lane that keeps you moving without sending you all over the country, this is a strong fit.
We are hiring new CDL-A graduates, drivers with a few months of experience, and experienced CDL-A professionals who want predictable freight throughout the Southeast. This is a great opportunity for drivers building a long-term career or simply looking for consistency and fair compensation without the stress of chaotic dispatching.
Home Time
Drivers are home weekly, typically for their 34-48 hour reset.
This schedule is predictable, stable, and one of the biggest advantages of this lane-no guessing when you'll be back.
What the Work Looks Like
This is a Southeast regional position covering Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Most work originates in Alabama, keeping your routes tightly clustered and familiar. Freight is consistent week after week, and drivers rarely sit waiting for assignments.
The majority of loads are dry van with no-touch freight, making the day-to-day work straightforward and manageable for new drivers. Depending on the route, drivers typically run 10-12 hour shifts, covering 2,200-2,600 weekly miles on average. That mileage range helps support weekly earnings of $1,500 or more, depending on experience and performance.
If you're newer to the industry, our team provides structured development and paid training to help you transition from graduate to safe and confident solo operator. For drivers with three months or more of verified experience, you can move straight into solo routes with regular CPM pay.
Who We're Looking For
A valid CDL-A and medical card are required.
We welcome drivers with no experience, provided you have completed a CDL program from an accredited school.
Drivers with three months or more are preferred for immediate solo placement.
Night and day availability is helpful, as freight can vary based on customer demand. Professionalism, dependability, and safe driving habits are essential, especially since you will be working with repeat customers across the Southeast.
Pay & Structure
Weekly earnings average $1,500+, with experienced drivers often bringing home even more.
CPM pay is based on verified experience, and all drivers are paid weekly through W-2 employment.
Additional compensation may apply for certain loads or higher-mile weeks.
Why Drivers Choose This Lane
This route is built for stability. You know the region you'll run, you know when you'll be home, and you know the freight won't leave you sitting without miles. For new drivers, it's a rare chance to get real regional experience right out of the gate. For experienced drivers, it's steady pay, predictable routing, and a home-time pattern that makes life more balanced.
You'll also receive full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and additional coverage options after the standard waiting period. Direct deposit and weekly settlements are available to keep your earnings consistent and organized.
