About the Role
Provide high-level Executive Assistant (EA) and Personal Assistant (PA) support to senior leadership
Act as a true right-hand partner who proactively anticipates needs and removes tasks from the executive’s plate
Own day-to-day office administration and support cross-functional teams as needed
Thrive in a fast-paced, professional business environment with competing priorities
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and reservations for the executive
Handle executive email correspondence, document requests, and follow-ups
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, slide decks, notes, and minutes
Draft professional documents and internal communications
Assist with accounting administration and expense coordination
Support HR onboarding and personnel administration
Perform PA duties (dry cleaning, personal bookings, logistics, scheduling, etc.)
Manage the office environment and support other departments when required
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
Assist with occasional marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Construction industry experience is an asset, but not required
Background in a professional, corporate business environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Fully fluent in English (written and verbal)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, logistics, and deadlines
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-up skills

What’s Offered
Competitive salary: $75,000 – $100,000
