General Manager

A leading service provider in the Veterinary Healthcare industry is seeking a General Manager in the greater Dartmouth, Nova Scotia area.

Candidates Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required for this role.

10 or more years of operations management experience with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.

Experience managing/directing operations for a veterinary clinic or hospital is required for this role.

Demonstrated people management experience, including onboarding and offboarding.

Proven understanding of human resources practices to develop an employee-centric culture.
