RN Per Diem Pool

Location: San Antonio, TX

Compensation:

Bill Rate: $62.00/hour

Mileage: Reimbursed at current IRS rate (calculated between patient visits)

Schedule & Terms:

8-hour shifts

Per Diem/PRN only (no guaranteed work week)

Building a per diem pool for continuous care coverage

Job Details:

1 2 day in-office orientation (San Antonio office)

Field work: driving to patients homes to complete hospice visits in assigned territory

Position is stat need for continuous care coverage in the Beaumont, TX area

Requirements:

Must have Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience

Minimum 1 year of Home Health and/or Hospice experience within the last 3 years

Active RN license in Texas

Reliable transportation
