Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation - and we have a dynamic future ahead.As a CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift on our CNC Manufacturing Team, you will operate lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality parts, monitoring multiple pieces of equipment for consistency and accuracy.

This is an onsite position reporting to the Production Supervisor, where you will collaborate closely with fellow operators and quality assurance teams.This is a 2nd shift position 2:30pm - 11pm M-F with overtime as per business need.Job PostingPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities:\nOperate CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) equipment including lathes and milling machines.\nMonitor multiple CNC machines and other auxiliary equipment.\nPerform machining tasks as directed by the Supervisor.\nCheck and document product specifications as determined by Quality Assurance and the Supervisor.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nExperience using calipers, micrometer, microscope, and other measuring tools.\nExperience reading a blueprint\nBasic math skills.\nUnderstanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.\nMust successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including [insert checks], and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.\n\nGeneral Applicable Company Competencies \nCommitment to Watts' values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.\nPunctuality and dependability.\nAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.\nAdherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.\nMaintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.\nAdherence to Watts' seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.\n\nWorking Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility.
