We are looking for a polished, service-focused professional to oversee the daily operations and tenant experience within a premium suites environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, client service, facilities management and keeping a workplace running smoothly.
This is a part-time position (3 days per week) starting early January.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors
Handle inquiries, requests, onboarding, and general tenant support
Keep offices, meeting rooms, and shared spaces clean, organized, and presentation-ready
Coordinate maintenance needs with building teams and vendors
Manage meeting room bookings, AV setup, and event support
Oversee office and kitchen inventory; restock and order supplies
Maintain accurate records, agreements, renewals, and occupancy information
Support administrative tasks such as mail handling, reporting, and document preparation
Assist with tenant engagement activities, networking events, and community programming
Represent the space professionally in all communications

Excellent organization and multitasking ability
Experience in hospitality, coworking, executive suites, or property management is an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with meeting room/AV systems
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality
