REQUIREMENTS:

1 year of work experience preferred but not required.

Working knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food preparation techniques.

Knowledge of all kitchen cleaning supplies and chemicals and their uses required.

Knowledge of basic dish machine operations.

Food Handlers Certification required.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

This position will spend 100% of the time standing.

Must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.

Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.

Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
