We’re hiring a Content Development Manager who is also a fully licensed clinician. This Dynamic three-focus role combines clinical work, content creation, and program development—including helping launch our brand-new “Comfort Plus” client program. Position Overview
This is a unique, hybrid role blending:
Clinical work (20 billed sessions per week)
Curriculum & content development
Program design
Clinical supervision
Key Responsibilities
Clinical
Maintain an average of 20 weekly billable sessions
Provide in-person and telehealth therapy
Complete clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, crisis plans, notes)
Manage crisis and safety situations as needed
Participate in weekly meetings, trainings, and team collaboration
Content & Program Development
Create digital marketing content aligned with your clinical niche
Develop clinician bios for web and marketing materials
Build curriculum for master’s students, interns, and training cohorts
Design new marketing materials for groups and specialty programs
Create engaging content for agency-wide trainings and offerings
Support the development of the new Comfort Plus therapeutic program
Supervision
Provide up to 3 weekly supervision sessions
Offer case consultation, mentorship, and professional guidance to developing clinicians

Requirements
Active Utah LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT (unrestricted)
3+ years fully licensed
Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic design tools (Adobe Express, Canva)
Strong writing and curriculum development skills
Meets Utah DOPL requirements for providing supervision
Previous supervisory experience preferred
