We are actively seeking a Sales Support Executive to join an innovative international company specializing in cybersecurity.
You will play a key role in contract renewals, strengthening client relationships, and monitoring payments.
Ensure contract renewals: anticipating deadlines, follow-ups, monitoring purchase orders, etc.
Accurately document every stage of the sales cycle and streamline internal processes.
Update and ensure the reliability of data in the CRM and internal tools.
Proven experience in sales administration or B2B commercial support, ideally in the digital sector Strong knowledge of sales-related administrative processes (contracts, quotes, orders, invoicing, reporting), as well as office and CRM tools Excellent command of French and English (C1 level minimum); Spanish is a valuable asset Interest in international environments and intercultural exchanges Permanent contract (CDI) within a human-sized, agile, multicultural organization with a strong international impact High flexibility and remote working days
