Position Overview:

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, assisting with basic service tasks, and supporting the Personal Lines team with daily office operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-service driven, and comfortable in an office environment.
