Schedule: Day (varies based production line)

Pay Rate: $14.50

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Picker/Packer to join our team in a refrigerated warehouse setting. This role involves packing and preparing food products for delivery to convenience stores, ensuring items are accurately picked, packed, and labeled. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a cold environment, and able to work efficiently to meet daily order targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and Pack Orders: Select and pack food products accurately based on order requirements, ensuring correct quantities and items are included.

Inspect Products: Check items for quality, freshness, and expiration dates, making sure they meet food safety standards.

Label and Organize: Label packages appropriately and organize them for shipment to maintain accurate delivery schedules.

Maintain Cleanliness: Follow proper sanitation and cleaning protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace.

Stock Replenishment: Assist in restocking items as needed to keep the warehouse organized and ready for order fulfillment.

Temperature Adaptation: Work in a cold storage environment (refrigerated), wearing proper gear provided by the company.

Qualifications:

Attention to Detail: Ability to pick and pack items accurately with minimal errors.

Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Work Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a cold warehouse (refrigerated storage).

Team Player: Willingness to work as part of a team to meet daily targets and maintain a smooth workflow.

Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Additional Information:

Training Provided: No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.

Protective Gear: Cold weather gear will be provided to ensure comfort in the refrigerated environment.
