Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial projects, focusing on warehouse construction and manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, particularly in cold storage and industrial environments, while ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple industrial projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to them.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Utilize project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the industrial or construction sector.
Proven experience in managing warehouse and manufacturing projects, particularly in cold storage environments.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software, including Bluebeam and Procore.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
