What your new challenge will look like

As a Manager (Logistics) Operations of the 4flow management team you will oversee logistics operations for one of our customers and you will be a guarantor of high quality of transportation process for company clients, main focused but not limited to on time delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations.

Managing and optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers.

Building a relationship with a customer incl. regular communication

Being a 3. level escalation for execution topics

Leading and/or participation at corporate / global internal improvement programs

Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

Why you belong at 4flow

A university degree with professional experience and firm knowledge of transportation management in road freight or planning field

More than 2 years of experience in supervising (leadership role) and developing a team

Solution-driven mindset and excellent analytical skills, thriving in dynamic environments and peak operational periods with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Adaptability to new situations and peak operation periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving

Proven project management experience in complex logistics environments

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
