Receptionist/ Customer Service Rep
Phoenix, AZ 85031 (Near 45th Ave & Camelback Rd)
$17.00/hr Full-Time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Solutions is seeking a dependable and organized Receptionist to join a fast-paced logistics team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, computer savvy, and capable of multitasking while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in drivers for pickups and deliveries
Schedule and confirm delivery appointments
Answer incoming calls and assist the Customer Service department
Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous office or receptionist experience preferred
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$17.00/hour
