Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 Full-time On-site

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Construction Project Manager to lead interior build-outs, renovations, and finishing work for multiple ground-up projects. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality, ensuring interiors are delivered on time and to exceptional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee interior construction, fit-outs, and finishing work on multiple NYC sites

• Coordinate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors

• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and materials

• Conduct site inspections, quality control, and resolve on-site challenges

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in interior construction, renovation, or fit-out management

• Proven experience managing multiple NYC projects

• Strong understanding of NYC Department of Buildings regulations and codes

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
