Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages

Oversee audit readiness, manage audit schedules, and collaborate with external audit teams

Support internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance requirements across departments

Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff while promoting operational efficiency

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

5+ years of accounting experience with strong month-end and audit exposure

Healthcare industry experience or multi-entity environment preferred
