The company is an import and export trading company seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to carry out the following duties: Assist with sale of various wholesale products, preparing sales order and other necessary documents; Communicate with clients, providing information regarding products and pricing; Identify client needs, recommending and promoting products; Negotiate contract and payment details; Maintain sales records, preparing and reporting sales results to management; Ensure client satisfaction post-sales through ongoing communication regarding orders, payments, claims, accounts receivable, delivery dates, etc., resolving any issues that may arise; Build network to identify sales leads, contacting existing and previous clients to advise them of new products that may be of interest.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field
