Oversee and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) trades on site, including subcontractor management, manpower allocation, scheduling, and logistics.

Ensure that all MEP work is executed in strict compliance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes and standards.

Lead project inspections, start-up, commissioning, system testing, and final turnover including punch-list resolution, documentation (redlines, O&M manuals), and training for client/owner as required.

Participate in pre-construction and planning efforts (e.g., construct-ability reviews, logistics planning, MEP coordination) to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Maintain detailed daily records of work progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor activities.

Communicate regularly with project management, design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate sequencing, resolve field issues, and maintain schedule and budget adherence. The Successful Applicant

The Successful ApplicantA successful MEP Superintendent should have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field or a minimum of four years of formal engineering/architectural education/experience.

Minimum of 6 years of MEP construction experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience), with substantial exposure to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Experience working on commercial, institutional, healthcare, or data-center type projects.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, submittals, and scopes of work.

Proficiency with standard construction management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, project management software).

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades, and lead field teams effectively

Strong safety awareness & commitment to enforcing site safety standards, code compliance, and quality control. What's on Offer
