Key Responsibilities:

Leverage agile practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions that support business objectives.

Focus on maximizing business value and optimizing flow by guiding agile teams to meet goals.

Ensure effective coordination within and across teams, providing transparency to stakeholders.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, address risks, and promote collaboration and trust.

Support adoption and improvement of agile methodologies, guiding the organizations agile capabilities.

Participate in a cross?functional IT and business team developing strategic, enterprise?aligned solutions for document processing.

Key Requirements and Experience:

Drive decisions and continuous improvements.

Negotiate and resolve complex issues.

Advanced analytical and problem?solving skills.

Formal presentation skills to convey data and trends to varied audiences.

Motivational interpersonal skills to inspire teams and vendors.

Conflict resolution and tension?reduction abilities.

Prioritize concurrent initiatives while balancing deadlines and stakeholder needs.

Leadership with coaching, collaboration, and critical thinking focus.

Familiarity with tools such as AgilePlace, GitHub, etc.

Minimum 7 years as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role within a development team using scrum, kanban, or other standard agile practices.

OR Bachelors Degree or higher in IT or Business?related discipline plus?minimum?4 years of relevant experience.

Certified Advanced ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master?II, plus an Agile Leadership Certification.
