Job Description

An Auburn based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a community health team. An ideal candidate should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating all ages.

Required Qualifications

NY NP license

DEA certificate

CPR certification

Board certified in field

1-2 years of experience

Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in all ages

Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results

Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care

Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload

Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
