Ive been a State Farm agent in Germantown, MD for four years, but this community has been home for much longer I lived here for 14 years and even went to high school here. Before opening my agency, I spent seven years as a bank manager and, before that, managed a health club in Gaithersburg. With about 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, I understand the importance of consistency, hard work, and building genuine relationships.
Our team of six shares that same philosophy that anyone can achieve their goals with dedication and the right mindset. We focus on coaching, development, and accountability. Im looking for someone coachable, willing to learn, and ready to take action. Skills can be taught, but drive and a positive attitude are what truly lead to success.
We offer 10 personal days off, a local gym membership, salary plus commission and monthly bonuses, as well as quarterly bonuses that can total around $6,000 per year. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Bilingual Spanish preferred
