about the job: we’re looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of partner integrations and product launches across our global travel insurance platform. You’ll work closely with internal teams and high-value partners to manage project plans, technical requirements, and successful rollouts of new products and capabilities.

about you

Experienced in program or project management, ideally within travel insurance, technology, or software delivery

Skilled at building strong relationships and influencing without direct authority

Confident navigating technical discussions and translating requirements for engineering teams

Proactive, organised, and comfortable leading projects from start to finish

A clear communicator who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work

Create and maintain project plans with timelines, dependencies, and milestones

Coordinate partner onboarding and drive the full implementation lifecycle

Manage communication across internal teams and partner stakeholders

Oversee product rollout, training, early-stage support, and operational readiness

Participate in testing and QA to ensure accuracy and performance

Define and track KPIs to measure partnership and product success

Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria

Prepare updates and progress reports for internal teams

Work with internal teams to streamline processes and improve scalability for future implementations

5+ years in travel insurance program management or relevant experience

Experience leading software, integration, or technical delivery projects

Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Skilled in schedule, risk, and stakeholder management

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Commercial awareness and ability to balance partner needs with business goals

Working with international partners
