Quality Controller

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and production quality of content processed through our publishing workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in journal/books production, print & digital QC, and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Production Quality Control

Review all stages of production outputs to ensure they are free from errors, defects, and inconsistencies.

Verify layout accuracy, formatting standards, and adherence to publisher-specific style guidelines.

Perform detailed checks on typography, images, tables, equations, references, and metadata.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Diploma / Degree

2–6 years of experience in publishing QC, content QC, typesetting QC, or journal/book production.

Strong eye for detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with print and digital production workflows.

Good to Have

Experience in journal workflows, STM publishing, or digital content production.

Understanding of XML-based workflows (not mandatory).

Immediate joinees are preferred.
