PLM Implementation Consultant

What awaits you

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven PLM Implementation Consultant to join our team and take ownership of developing and maintaining our application. As a PLM Implementation Consultant, you will have significant autonomy and responsibility in shaping the technical direction of the project.

Design and develop efficient and scalable PLM data models within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform

Analyze existing data architectures and workflows, proposing and implementing improvements to data structures and relationships

Configure and customize product structures, metadata, and classifications according to business and project requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data management needs and translate them into effective data models that ensure the integrity and accuracy of product information

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and manage business processes within 3DEXPERIENCE’s Process & Organization layer

Align the organizational structure with PLM processes, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows

Customize and optimize P&O settings to reflect the organization's functional needs, ensuring efficiency in task management, project tracking, and collaboration across departments

Support business transformation initiatives by aligning organizational processes with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform's capabilities

Work with system integrators and developers to ensure the seamless integration of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with other enterprise systems

Provide troubleshooting and support for issues related to data models, P&O, and system configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations

What should you bring along

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in PLM or 3DEXPERIENCE are a plus

Experience working with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly in data models, P&O configuration, and business process management

Strong expertise in data architecture, metadata management, and process design within PLM systems

Experience in configuring and managing the 3DEXPERIENCE Process & Organization (P&O) functionality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

Experience with PLM integrations, migrations, and data governance practices
