Our mission is to deliver state-of-the-art, cost-effective care that helps people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases live pain-free lives. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Kochi (HQ). The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to support the company’s operations and growth. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and improving financial processes. The role also involves leadership duties, including managing the finance team and collaborating with stakeholders to establish and achieve strategic financial goals.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends

Leadership skills and experience managing finance teams or departments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA (Preferred), or equivalent is a plus

Experience in the healthcare sector or managing finances for large organizations is advantageous
