Key Responsibilities Design and deliver robust network and infrastructure solutions both on-site and remotely.
Provide technical pre-sales support and conduct technical assessments.
Deliver 2nd/3rd line support to in-house IT teams within schools.
Lead projects involving firewalls, wired/wireless networks, cloud IaaS, storage, safeguarding tools, and backup solutions.
Create documentation and ensure high standards of service delivery.
Technical Expertise Required Strong 3rd Line experience across networking, firewalls, and Windows Server.
Hands-on knowledge of Fortinet (NSE4 preferred), Aruba, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP subnetting, routing, and email security.
Experience working within ITIL-aligned service desk environments.
Desirable: experience supporting IT services in school settings.
Personal Attributes Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative.
Passionate about delivering IT services that support teaching and learning.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (occasional overnight stays). Comfortable working from home with a suitable remote setup.
