Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide coverage for a leave of absence at an early childhood school in Dublin, OH. This contract role will support a preschool program serving both special needs students and pre-model children.
The assignment runs from January 7 to March 7, with a workday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The preschool operates AM and PM classes, and the SLP will be responsible for delivering therapy services aligned with individualized education plans and developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy to preschool-aged children, including those with special needs and pre-model communication development.
Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to support student progress.
Conduct assessments and track student progress, maintaining accurate documentation.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Experience working with preschool-aged children, especially in early intervention or educational settings.
Familiarity with therapy for special needs populations and pre-model communication development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Eligibility for licensure in Ohio or current state licensure.
