Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide essential services in a K-12 school setting serving students from PreK through 12th grade. This contract position offers an opportunity to deliver impactful therapy and assessments, supporting communication development across a caseload of 35 students.
Location: Price, UT
Dates: ASAP May 22, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and diagnostic assessments for a diverse student population
Design and deliver individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
Participate in meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification with CCC credential
Experience providing therapy in educational settings, particularly with PreK-12 students
Strong understanding of special education laws, documentation requirements, and interventions
Excellent communication skills and ability to build cooperative relationships with school staff and families
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students effectively
