Our world runs on public infrastructure, yet government data sits fragmented across thousands of portals, PDFs, and poorly designed databases. Finding relevant information—like which city just put out an RFP, or which agency is buying a new software system—often requires detective-level research. NationGraph’s mission is to end that detective work.
By automating data collection, normalizing records, building a knowledge graph with this data, and presenting them in a single, intuitive interface, we do for public procurement what Bloomberg did for finance and CoStar did for commercial real estate.

About The Role:
Own a product and engineering leadership role in our rapidly growing startup.

What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on web products
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience building modern web applications using React and Next.js.
Backend expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go, with a focus on developing scalable APIs and AI-driven services.
Experience designing and implementing asynchronous tasks using Go and brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis).
Experience working with AI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, fine tuned models, or LLM-based applications).
Familiarity with cloud based architectures.
A strong passion for data interfaces and a deep understanding of how AI can enhance productivity.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.

Frontend: React, Redux, Shadcn/UI, React Window, TypeScript
Backend: Python, Go, PostgreSQL
Infra: Redis (message broker), WebSockets, Docker, K8s
Real time: WebSocket events, background job polling
