Job Description: Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Carlisle, PA

Contract Length: Contract (potential to convert to full-time)

Pay Rate: $18/hr (W-2)

About the Role

We are actively seeking a Data Entry Specialist for our client, one of the largest food retailers in the U.S. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate product data across multiple systems, ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain. You will be responsible for managing store-level item codes and vendor information with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain store-level item codes and vendor details in proprietary systems.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support operational needs.

Maintain organized records and documentation for all data entry activities.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools (Excel required).

Ability to quickly learn and work within proprietary systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
