Professional and Pharmacy Territory Executive

Responsibility for counties: Cluj, Bistrita-Nasaud, Maramures, Satu Mare, Mures, Salaj

Drive Oral Health Impact – From Dental Chair to Pharmacy Shelf

Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Professional and Pharmacy Territory Executive to build strong partnerships with dentists, pharmacies and distributors and turn professional recommendations into real sales and category growth.

Key Responsibilities

Grow recommendations, prescriptions and sales for Colgate’s oral care portfolio in your territory

Build and strengthen cooperation between dental practices and pharmacies, together with distributor teams

Visit and engage dental offices and pharmacies (face-to-face and remote) to deliver impactful product detailing

Ensure in-store excellence – correct assortment, visibility and execution of initiatives and promotions

Deliver product education and training sessions (lunch & learns, evening events, etc.) for healthcare professionals

Maintain and update the CRM database, capture insights and follow up on performance

Monitor competitor activities and share feedback with your manager and Retail Marketing

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences or relevant commercial/sales background

2–3 years of in-field selling experience in Romania (oral care, pharma, FMCG, cosmetics or OTC preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident user of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Office/Google Workspace

Fluent in Romanian, very good English

Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel in the territory
