We’re looking for a Head Chef to join a healthcare catering team in Oxford. You’ll help deliver high-quality meals for both restaurant guests and patients, ensuring safe, consistent and well-organised kitchen operations.

What You’ll Do as a Head Chef

Produce restaurant and specialist dietary meals

Complete food safety & temperature records

Support ordering, stock control and menu management

Maintain high hygiene standards

Assist with rotas, staff cover and daily operations

Help train and support the kitchen team

What We’re Looking For as Head Chef

NVQ Level 2 in Food Production (or equivalent)

Strong understanding of food safety

Experience in structured or high-volume kitchens

Reliable, organised, and team-focused
