Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Virtual)

This virtual role is designed for Licensed Clinical Social Workers who want to launch or expand their private practice while increasing access to mental health care. The position includes full support for working with insurance networks, managing compliance requirements, and simplifying administrative tasks. Integrated tools are provided for credentialing, billing, scheduling, documentation, and professional development to help the candidate grow a sustainable, client-centered practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality telehealth mental health services within the candidate’s licensed state(s).

Deliver client care through an insurance-supported model to expand access to affordable mental health services.

Use built-in tools for scheduling, documentation, secure messaging, assessments, and ongoing clinical compliance.

Maintain ethical, professional, and regulatory standards in all aspects of virtual practice.

Support clients through streamlined insurance verification and uninterrupted access to care.

Participate in continuing education to enhance practice and maintain licensure standards.

Requirements

Active LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW license (state-specific requirements apply).

Master’s degree or higher in social work or a related field.

Valid NPI number.

Current malpractice insurance.

Ability to provide virtual clinical services in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in private practice or motivation to establish a new practice.

Familiarity with insurance-based care models and electronic health record systems.

Strong organizational and communication skills suited for virtual practice management.
