LCSW (Virtual)

This virtual role is ideal for Licensed Clinical Social Workers who want to launch or expand a private practice while making mental health services more accessible. Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual mental health services within the candidate’s licensed state(s).

Deliver care through insurance-supported models to help clients access affordable services.

Use built-in tools for real-time scheduling, documentation, secure messaging, assessments, and EHR management.

Follow ethical, professional, and regulatory standards in the provision of telehealth services.

Assist clients through simplified insurance verification and uninterrupted access to needed care.

Engage in continuing education opportunities to support long-term professional growth.

Requirements

Active LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW license (state-specific requirements apply).

Master’s degree or higher in social work or a related field.

Valid NPI number.

Current malpractice insurance.

Ability to provide virtual care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in private practice or readiness to establish a practice.

Familiarity with insurance-based care and electronic health record systems.

Strong organizational and communication skills suited to virtual workflows.
