Job Description
We’re seeking a Structural Engineer who enjoys solving complex structural challenges and contributing to dependable tower and foundation designs. This role supports analysis, calculations, and drawing production for steel and concrete structures used across a variety of tower-related projects. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to refine their engineering judgment while working within a collaborative technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform tower analysis and foundation evaluations using structural software and established engineering methods.
Prepare hand calculations to verify design assumptions and ensure structural integrity of steel and concrete components.
Produce and review drawings in AutoCAD to support design packages and construction documentation.
Assist with structural assessments, modifications, and load evaluations for new and existing structures.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain project accuracy, timelines, and technical quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
3+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally with tower or foundation-related work.
Familiarity with RISA or similar structural analysis tools.
Strong understanding of steel and concrete behavior in design applications.
Ability to create clear hand calculations to support engineering decisions.
Experience preparing drawings in AutoCAD.
EIT certification preferred; PE licensures is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
