You will work with an experienced team of founders and scientists running lab experiments and assays. BS in chemistry, biochemistry or STEM field with GPA >= 3.5 and <=1 year out of undergrad

Extremely strong work ethic

Knowledge of analytical chemistry

Experience working with an HPLC

Python scripting ability

Highly motivated and ambitious

Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides

Live within a 30 minute commute of San Carlos

Nice to Haves:

Knowledge of USP guidelines

Knowledge of aseptic technique

Experience working in a biosafety cabinet

Experience with cell culturing

Experience working with a plate reader

Experience with qPCRResponsibilities:

Under the guidance of a research scientist, perform lab work including:

Quality control of sterile compounded pharmaceuticals

Method development on an HPLC

Record experimental methods and results in Benchling

Read and summarize papers

Contribute to BD efforts

The compensation range for this role is $100,000-110,000 along with equity options in the company and benefitsLife at Bioworks
