LCSW (Virtual)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual mental health services while receiving full support to launch or expand a private practice. This role enables candidates to work with insurance networks seamlessly, increasing client access, maintaining compliance, and enhancing earnings. Integrated tools for scheduling, documentation, secure messaging, and continuing education are included to support professional growth and high-quality client care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver virtual mental health services to clients across licensed states.

Facilitate client access to insurance-covered care, making services more affordable.

Manage practice operations using integrated tools for scheduling, documentation, messaging, and clinical assessments.

Ensure ongoing compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Support smooth insurance verification and client onboarding processes.

Engage in continuing education to maintain and expand professional expertise.

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in social work or a related field.

Active LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW license (state-specific requirements apply).

Valid NPI number.

Current malpractice insurance.

Ability to provide virtual clinical services in accordance with applicable regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in private practice or readiness to establish one.

Familiarity with insurance processes and electronic health record systems.

Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.
