Inergroup is hiring immediately for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Production Supervisor job in Groveport, OH. As a Warehouse Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets.

Salary:

Starting salary of $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience, plus benefits available.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a warehouse production environment

A leader who can motivate, train, drive accountability, and flexible enough to adapt to change

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be proficient in all platforms of Office 365

Must be able to provide training and give direction

Responsibilities for Production Supervisors include:

Perform team management duties to include coaching, training, disciplinary action, safety practices, and scheduling and motivating

Monitor and optimize warehouse production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Plan and coordinate the distribution of labor, adjusting work assignments and schedules while responding to fluctuating production needs

Manage daily labor efficiencies, downtime, quality control
