Inergroup is hiring immediately for a 2nd Shift Staffing Coordinator job in Groveport, OH. Pay
Annual salary starting at $40,000 - $45,000 and benefits available.
Primary responsibilities for Onsite Staffing Coordinator jobs include:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet our staffing needs.
Assist Candidates with Online and In-Branch Application Process: Guide candidates through the online application system and assist with in-branch applications as needed.
Onboard New Employees: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company and familiar with company policies and procedures.
Handle Recruiting Communications with Clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding recruiting needs, updates, and feedback.
Complete All Injury Reports: Document and manage injury reports in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Open and Close Assignments: Manage the opening and closing of job assignments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Payroll Approvals and Adjustments: Review and approve payroll, make necessary adjustments, and generate payroll reports.
Train New Employees on Proper GMPs: Provide training to new employees on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive employee relations.
Create and Update Payroll Records: Maintain accurate payroll records, including pay rates, job assignments, and employee information.
Handle All Accident/Injury Reports: Oversee the completion and management of all accident and injury reports.
Enter Direct Deposits, and Verify Employee Hours: Process direct deposits, and verify employee hours on payroll reports.
Keep Track of Employee Attendance, Warnings, Verbals, and Time Off: Monitor and record employee attendance, warnings, verbal warnings, and time off requests.
Requirements:
1 – 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role.
Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
