Join our team as a Data Entry Clerk, where your meticulous data entry skills will play a vital role in supporting the seamless processing of seafarer documentation. Based in Virginia and working in a dynamic environment, you'll contribute to the efficient assembly of certification passports, ensuring compliance and accuracy every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
Accurately process approximately 300 data entries daily to support the creation of seafarer certification passports
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and timely completion of documentation
Support administrative tasks related to seafarers' documentation needs
Required Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle a high-volume workload efficiently
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles
Familiarity with maritime or certification documentation processes
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
No prior experience necessary; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
Other Requirements:
Must pass a background check
This is an on-site position; remote work is not available
