Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts, ensuring efficiency and adherence to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming techniques and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes including milling and 5-axis machining.

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate programming instructions.

Set up and configure CNC machines for production runs, ensuring proper tooling and materials are in place.

Conduct test runs of programs to ensure quality and precision standards are met, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC programs and machinery to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes and implement best practices.Qualifications

Proven experience in CNC programming, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Familiarity with programming software such as NX and MasterCAM is a plus.

Solid understanding of technical drawings and machining processes.

Experience with milling and 5-axis machining preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
