Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to ensure efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of CNC programming and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and write CNC programs for various machining operations

Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications

Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as necessary

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes

Document programming changes and maintain accurate records of production activities

Train and support operators on CNC programming and machine operationQualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer

Proficient in CNC programming languages and software

Knowledge of Catia and Vericut is a plus

Experience with Austin NC and 5-axis machining operations is preferred

Familiarity with machining Titanium, PH Steel, 17-4 PH, 15-5 PH, and 13-8 Mo materials

Strong troubleshooting skills

Experience working with aluminum alloys is an advantage

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
