Role Description
As a Customer Service Advisor for the French market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks.
Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner.
Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Service, Support, or similar roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage inbound calls, chat, and back-office channels
Fluency in French (native/C1) and a good level of English
Experience in international environments is an advantage
Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused
EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
Work Model
On-site or Remote positions available
Remote roles require candidates to be based in Greece*
