Assistant Pipe Manufacturing Factory Foreman

Our client is seeking a hands-on and dependable Assistant Pipe Manufacturing Factory Foreman to join their growing production team.

The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly, machines are functioning correctly, and quality standards are consistently met.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual with strong practical skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Assistant Foreman will support the Factory Foreman and Owner in managing the production floor, setting up and powering on machines each morning, conducting quality control inspections, allocating materials to the correct production lines, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with maintenance and repair of machines, monitoring spare parts and stock levels, and coordinating with staff to achieve daily production goals.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 16:30.

Overtime, including weekends, may be required depending on production demand.

Overtime payments are made according to government regulations.
