AtkinsRalis is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Project Controls Team. This is an entry-level position based out of Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

Contractor Onboarding: Assist subcontractors with registration in the client database and review Certificates of Insurance for compliance with prime contract requirements and company standards.

Contract Management: Prepare and issue contracts within delegated authority. Draft contract documents and amendments, incorporating flow?down requirements from the prime contract in collaboration with senior administrators. Review monthly submissions for compliance.

Review pay applications for conformance with the contract and ensuring alignment with progress made.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports and contractual correspondence for project management and clients. Maintain accurate tracking records for assigned subcontracts.

Closeout & Compliance: Assist with contract closeout, complete file documentation, and ensure proper retention of records. Support internal and external audits as required.

Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between program management, procurement personnel and project staff.

Qualifications

Experience: 0-2 years professional experience in a related technical field.

Education: Completion of Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or related field from an accredited college/university.

Special Skills: Experience with Excel; familiarity with contracting practices in the engineering and construction industry; strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment; must be able to pass FBI background check; experience in the aviation sector a plus.

Expected compensation range is between $65,000 - $75,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
