In this role, you will manage all aspects of distribution within your assigned regions, including self-operated distribution centers, third-party consolidation, outbound transportation routing, and maintaining strong customer service relations with clubs. You'll also tackle supply chain management issues and participate in long-term strategic planning aligned with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and enhance regional self-run distribution operations through planning, resource allocation, and process integration to support our selling clubs effectively.
Oversee performance and standards compliance of regional third-party logistics providers, ensuring efficient asset management and receiving procedures.
Foster communication with club and regional executives to resolve logistical challenges swiftly and ensure optimal delivery to clubs.
Address supply chain inefficiencies, collaborating with key vendors to enhance operational effectiveness.
Coordinate with Transportation to manage outbound routing, ensuring timely deliveries to selling clubs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
A minimum of ten years in physical distribution, transportation, resource management, and retail environments.
Job Conditions:
In line with Pay Transparency requirements, the pay range for this position starts at $145,500. Factors such as location, education, experience, and qualifications will influence actual salary.
