Job Summary

The Telecaller (WFH) is responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers, explaining Bajaj’s financial products/services, generating leads, and ensuring successful conversions while maintaining high service quality. This is a remote role requiring excellent communication and target-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Promote or upsell Bajaj products such as:

Personal Loans

EMI Cards

Insurance

Consumer Durable Loans

Credit Cards

Generate leads through cold calls and follow-ups.
